AMB. KABRAL BLAY-AMIHERE was appointed to the Board in September 2017. He is a former Diplomat, Journalist and Writer. He served as High Commissioner to Sierra Leone from 2001-2005 and Ambassador to Cote d’Ivoire from 2006 to 2009.

As an envoy of Ghana, he strengthened bilateral relations between Ghana and Sierra Leone and Cote d’Ivoire and assisted several Ghanaian companies to establish in the two countries. Ambassador Amihere was the Chairman of the National Media Commission for two terms, from 2009-2015. He has authored five books and was a former Director of Kumasi Asante Kotoko Football club. He is an alumnus of University of Ghana and London School of Economics.

He is also a Nieman Fellow of Harvard University, Cambridge, Massachusetts.
