ING. HENRY FRANK SAM-WOODE, Ag. Director Special Projects in the Office of the Chief Executive, is a Quantity Surveyor by profession.

Prior to his current appointment in September 2022, he was the Director of Procurement. Since joining GRIDCo from the Volta River Authority (VRA) in 2008, Henry Sam-Woode has served as Manager, Contracts and Projects Management; Manager, Contracts Administration; Manager, Lands and Environment; Manager, Works and Services; Manager, Project Monitoring and Evaluation.

Ing. Sam-Woode holds a Masters Public Administration, Ghana Institute for Management and Public Administration, Diploma in Project Management, Galilee Institute of Management, Israel; Post Graduate Diploma in Construction Management, South Bank University, U.K, B.Sc., Building Technology, University of Science and Technology, (KNUST) he is a member of the following professional bodies, Ghana Institution of Surveyors, Ghana Institute of Construction and Federation of International Surveyors.
