KOFI OKOFO DARTEY was appointed Director, Office of the Chief Executive at Ghana Grid Company Limited in 2010, initially as Chief Internal Auditor.

He has also served as Director Finance, Director Corporate Planning and Director Corporate Affairs. He was a member of the Transitional Management Team on the operationalisation of GRIDCo. He has worked in various Finance and Audit capacities at Volta River Authority (VRA), Unipetrol Ghana Limited and Ghana Revenue Authority. He holds a B. Com Degree and Diploma in Education (DipEd.) from University of Cape Coast and an Executive MBA (Finance) from University of Ghana Business School (UGBS).

Kofi is a member of Institute of Chartered Accountants (Ghana), Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) Florida and founding member of Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) Ghana.
